1. Introduction
This Monetization Policy outlines the terms and conditions for content creators who wish to monetize their content on the VideoNest platform. By participating in the VideoNest monetization program, you agree to abide by this policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
To be eligible for monetization on VideoNest, content creators must:
a) Adhere & comply to VideoNest's Content Guidelines as outlined in our Terms of Service.
b) Comply with all aspects of VideoNest's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
c) Meet any additional criteria that VideoNest may establish from time to time.
VideoNest reserves the right to remove any user from the monetization program for any reason, at its sole discretion.
The revenue share for eligible content creators is as follows:
a) 55% of all revenue generated will be paid to the creator.
b) 45% of all revenue generated will be retained by the VideoNest platform.
c) Any payment processing fees or required taxes (including but not limited to VAT) will be deducted from the creator's share of the revenue upon payment.
a) Payment Schedule: Payments are made on a monthly basis, 15 days after the end of each month.
b) Reporting: A final report is sent 7 days after the end of the month, which includes actual earnings.
c) Estimated Earnings: The information provided in the admin panel represents estimated earnings. Final actuals will be emailed to the content creator.
d) Payment Methods: Content creators can be paid by VideoNest upon submitting their tax and identification documents and connecting via Stripe, bank account, PayPal, or other major payment method.
e) Payment Threshold: There is a $100 threshold that needs to be met in order to receive payment. This balance will roll month-to-month until the $100 minimum is met.
f) Tax Information and Documentation: Prior to receiving any payments, content creators must submit all required tax information and documentation to VideoNest. This includes, but is not limited to:
Failure to provide accurate and complete tax information may result in delays in payment processing or withholding of payments as required by law. Content creators are responsible for ensuring their tax information is up to date and for reporting any income received from VideoNest to relevant tax authorities.
g) Payment Processing: VideoNest will only process payments once all required tax information and documentation have been received and verified. Content creators are responsible for any fees associated with their chosen payment method.
h) Currency and Exchange Rates: All payments will be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Any currency conversion will be done at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment processing.
All monetized content must comply with VideoNest's Content Guidelines as outlined in our Terms of Service. Content that violates these guidelines may be demonetized, and repeated violations may result in removal from the monetization program.
VideoNest reserves the right to terminate or suspend a creator's participation in the monetization program at any time, for any reason, and at its sole discretion. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
a) Violation of VideoNest's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or this Monetization Policy.b) Engaging in fraudulent activity or artificial inflation of views or engagement.c) Posting content that is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
VideoNest may update this Monetization Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting a notice on our website or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the monetization features after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the updated Monetization Policy.
