This Referral Program Policy ("Policy") is part of and incorporated into the VideoNest Terms and Conditions. By participating in the VideoNest Referral Program ("Program"), you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Eligibility

1.1. To be eligible for the Program, you must:a) Be at least 18 years oldb) Have an active VideoNest account in good standingc) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

1.2. VideoNest reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual or entity at its sole discretion.

2. Referral Process

2.1. Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive a unique referral link.

2.2. You may share your referral link through your website, social media, email, or other digital channels, in compliance with this Policy.

2.3. You may not use paid advertising featuring VideoNest trademarks or copyrighted material without prior written consent from VideoNest.

3. Commissions

3.1. You will earn a 20% commission on the subscription revenue of each qualified referral for the first year of their subscription.

3.2. For the second year, you will earn a 10% commission on the subscription revenue of each qualified referral.

3.3. A qualified referral is a new VideoNest user who:

a) Signs up using your unique referral link

b) Has not previously had a VideoNest account

c) Remains an active, paying subscriber for at least 80 days

3.4. Commissions will be paid monthly via the payment method specified in your account settings.

3.5. VideoNest reserves the right to modify commission rates or structure at any time, with notice to Program participants.

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1. You may not:

a) Use any misleading or deceptive practices to promote VideoNest

b) Misrepresent the features or functionality of VideoNest

c) Create fake accounts or engage in fraudulent activities to generate referrals

d) Use VideoNest trademarks or copyrighted materials without permission

e) Spam or send unsolicited communications to promote your referral link

4.2. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
